The guidance through the process of quitting is provided by your GP or physician assistant.

Your first consultation will be an initial interview where your smoking behavior will be scrutinized and an initial action plan established. The long term action plan and the exact date of quitting will be discussed during second consultation. You also may be advised to combine the process with the intake of certain medication, in which case it will be prescribed for you. Any following consultations will depend on your situation. After the quitting date you will be requested to attend the closing consultation.

Behavioral guidance in the smoking cessation process is excluded from the obligatory deductibles; however, any medication or other aid necessary in the process is part of your obligatory deductible
